Taldumande is a registered as a Tier 3 NSW Housing Provider and operates the three 24/7 crisis accommodation programs for young people in Northern Sydney, with a range of other residential services that deliver a streamlined pathway from homelessness to full independence. We also work to help young people find accommodation through other support services in Sydney, and provide case manager support at every stage of their journey.
Our programs support children and young people aged 12-24 years, all with case work support and coordination of other services in the drug and alcohol, mental health, justice, healthcare and education sectors. Each solution is tailored to the needs of the young person and their family, with outcomes-focused case management that is responsive, informed and practical.
